The best Champagne Bar in Barcelona is The Champainaria
This is a weeny little place but it rocks right into the night and attracts more people than Bears to honey. If you like open spaces and fine dining stay away. This place is popular, hip and serves great Tapas and it's own made Champagne. It easy to find if you follow the attached map from the underground Metro train service. You might need to really wedge yourself in here but that is half the fun, don't be shy and you'll be fine. Cheapest bottles of Champas I have drunk at about £3.00 and a couple of Bocadillo (sandwich) will cost about £2 to compliment.
It is near Port Vell and is open everyday from 3:30 - 22:30. Click photo icon for a basic map.

I forgot - It's called Cava of course. Not Champagne...
actually they serve cava, not champagne!
i recommend to go to this place El Xampanyet (c/ montcada 22), they have a sparkling drink between champagne and cava, very refreshing and good. Moreover you can enjoy good tapas but very crowdy, for our holiday we used this page to plan our holiday, there are a lot of local info written by a local guy, worth it
