Luna Rossa (Hostel) Review - Florence, Tuscany

We stayed for 2 nights in Florence, Tuscany at the Luna Rossa. We paid for an en suite room which meant we stayed in the second building - not the first where you check-in nearer the Train station. The second Luna Rose hostel building is further down the road but this is still a good location. We got the room right next to the front door and right next to the kitchen. The room was OK and it has a decent TV, Sky, Computer with internet but on the whole it wasn't wow. We stayed in Venice the night before and it was way nicer for alot less Euros.

If you are going to stay there don't let them put you in the room near the front door beside the kitchen. Everyone going in and out and everyone cooking their dinner etc etc will keep you up.

The staff were friendly and polite, the place was clean enough. Location is fine. I think the rates were a bit high. Overall a bad experience not being able to sleep through the noise. It sure does ruin a trip.
