Watch one of Shakespeares Plays @ The Globe Theater on the Southbank if you can
If you like Theater, Shakespeare and are in London you should try to get to Shakespeare's Globe Theater for a show on the South Bank of the Thames. This is generally a Summer thing and you can tickets for as cheap as £5 standing. You feel like an old fashion peasant standing while the lords and ladies sit in the balconies which is kinda cool actually. If you don't fancy standing still for an hour or two you can pay for a seat and then extra for cushions or blankets if it is cold.
The Globe Theatre is amazing and was built as it would have been in the old days. There is no modern technology here, no steel nails or steel frameworks. But don't be afraid, the Globe Theatre is well build and won't fall over.
I can recommend paying extra for a seat if it is one of Shakespeare's longer plays like King Lear. They have all sorts of Plays running over the Summer months and they are done by the Shakespeare Theater Company if I am correct, if not tell me!
